Though all of us major Blizzard fans are hoping and wishing for more from them in 2011 were not going to get a wish granted this year sadly. Blizzard declared that no new add-ons or expansions for either Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty or Diablo 3 will be released anytime this year. Sad I know, but what can you ask from them when they just worked there butts off making and releasing the huge makeover of an entire massive online world, known as World of Warcraft: Cataclysm! Keep an eye out though because anything could change!
Though it would be nice… I forgive you Blizzard!
Now if there is something I am looking forward to the new and improved and just simply awesome upcoming game in June of this year is the electrifying heroic game that is, Infamous 2.
Your return to Empire City as the lighting-slinger known as Cole McGrath is a short lived one because a new evil rises called, “The Beast” (not a very creative name for a boss-character but hey, whatever.) and it starts destroying the city. Fleeing for his life Cole heads to the new city that Infamous 2 is set in, New Marais. This city is a New Orleans inspired location that Cole begins to hone and train his skills in for the inevitable battle with his new found foe.
All in all I think it’s going to be a great game of the year. Keep an eye out for it on June, 7th of 2011.

1. Bungie’s possible Sci-fi FPS (First Person Shooter) MMO (Massive Multiplayer Online) game is being talked about like wildfire on thousands of different sites. Though nothing big has been released about it, the few bits that have leaked sure make the idea promising and addicting. Said to be called, “Destiny” a source from Kotaku (a major video gaming blog) says that it’s supposed to be like “WoW in space”! Now orcs in power armor sounds interesting!
2. The next non-downloadable “Tomb Raider” will supposedly hit stores in the holidays of 2011 as told by an unnamed source to Eurogamer (another major videogame blog) though not much has been released about this, it has been guessed by multiple sites and people that it will most likely be mature-rated, have multiplayer capabilities and have an open world to explore.
3. Duke Nukem Forever seems like it took forever just to make. The king is back baby! and with the usual over the top weapons, over the top bosses, and over the top amount of babes in this new game expected to come out this year sometime soon.
